"It's softer and more bouncy than the first generation. The foot feel is even better. The fit is really good. Metarice is the safest volleyball shoe I've worn so far. Personally, I think the second generation isn't as stable as the first, but the thicker and softer sole provides a more comfortable jumping experience. Overall, it's still pretty great."

I bought both the first and second generations. The second generation offers better support compared to the first, and it features a carbon plate technology. It also has a slight heel lift, though it's not recommended for everyday wear. In terms of breathability, it's slightly less breathable than the first generation, but it provides better stability and doesn't slip off easily. Due to its sock-like design, the sizing runs small, so I recommend sizing up by half a size to a full size. Overall, it's a great choice for volleyball or basketball players.
