It might feel a bit snug at first, but I'm not sure if it will loosen up after wearing it for a while. For sizing, I think going up one to two sizes would be a good choice. Personally, I went with the AJ size, and since my feet are on the smaller and narrower side, the larger size feels just right. The shoe itself has a thick, woven material, so it can get a bit warm when it's snug. (This is just my personal experience after trying them on, so take it as a reference.)
