I can't recommend these classic Vans slip-ons enough! The black and white color scheme is timeless and versatile. The appearance isn't drastically different, but I heard the upgraded version is less likely to come apart and more durable, though I'm not sure if that's true. **Appearance:** The old version is slightly more narrow and elongated, while the new one is wider with a thicker sole. The new version feels softer in terms of material compared to the old one. I personally recommend the upgraded version, but if you prefer a narrower fit, the old version might be better for you. The ventilation isn't great, so it might feel a bit stuffy in the summer. **Weight:** The ComfyCush is super lightweight—it feels significantly lighter than the old version whether you're holding it or wearing it. **Size:** Stick to your usual shoe size unless you prefer a looser fit, in which case you can go half a size up. **Comfort:** The old version has a harder sole, while the ComfyCush has a thicker sole and softer insole, making it much more comfortable to wear.
