This is my fourth pair of Li-Ning Blade 4v2. I must say, as a classic example of Li-Ning's team shoes, it's definitely worth collecting. My foot length is 270mm, width is 10.4cm, normal arch, and slightly high instep. First off: This shoe is suitable for narrow and normal feet. Slightly wider feet should try it on before buying. Very wide feet are not recommended. If your foot shape matches, the fit is comfortable with no pinching. The shoe-to-foot integration is excellent. The low center of gravity and lateral support are quite good. No slipping in the heel. Secondly: The midsole cushioning works fine for my 170 lbs. The forefoot is close to the ground but not overly stiff. There's still decent rebound and a bouncy yet firm feel. The midsole uses a forward-placed plastic PB plate, which aids in quick starts without feeling as stiff or overly strong as carbon plates. After an hour or so of intense play, my feet don't feel sore. Lastly: This pair has a GCU outsole. It's not any less durable than rubber soles.
