The shoes have been looking great, but they're not very slip-resistant. So far, there's no sign of them coming apart. The foot feel is a bit stiff, so I wouldn't recommend them for long periods of standing. I do like the style though. The shoes run a bit small, so it's better to size up for a more comfortable fit.
