I usually wear a size 37 for leather shoes and 38 for sneakers, but I went with a 38.5 for this pair since I prefer wearing slightly larger shoes. Especially with this style, wearing a smaller size makes my feet look shorter, so I personally think the longer fit looks better. The sole isn't as low as I expected, but the support is actually pretty decent.
